The Murjan Village resort comprises 343 villas and apartments, each with its own balcony. The village is located in a quiet residential area with several small stores nearby. Three pristine private beaches are protected by a large floating boom barrier and residents will enjoy swimming, boating or water skiing inside the boundary lane. The larger of the beaches has a volleyball court and a gazebo where residents can relax and enjoy magnificent sea views.
Most apartments enjoy beautiful views over the Gulf. A typical five-floor apartment building consists of ten apartments with units varying in size from one to four bedrooms. Each apartment has a foyer, a kitchen, a living and dining area, bedrooms and bathrooms and a balcony with terrace. Every apartment has a shaded parking space.
A typical townhouse villa consists of a foyer, a small storage room, a kitchen with laundry facilities, a living and dining area, a terrace facing the sea, a private backyard with lawn and shaded parking at the front entrance. The upper floor has a family sitting area and terrace with sea views as well as bathrooms and bedrooms.
